Growing up surrounded by Zig Ziglar books and observing her father in leadership positions, it’s clear how Debby developed a passion for leadership, eventually becoming
both a leadership coach and facilitator. With three decades of experience at a Fortune 50 company, including roles in management, coaching, and developing leaders at every
level, she now brings those skills to a wide range of organizations globally through Neely Coaching & Training LLC, serving everyone from large corporations to small
businesses and non-profits. Debby firmly believes leaders need a supportive environment to grow into their potential and understands that genuine progress comes
when leaders address focus on their whole selves.

Debby is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation. In June 2022, she fulfilled a lifelong goal by co-authoring the best-selling
book The Word on Coaching alongside two fellow coaches. This book was crafted to help all leaders—formal title or not—reach their highest potential, acknowledging the
challenges leadership brings. Together, these three coaches host a podcast called The Word on Coaching. Additionally, Debby takes pride in being a Reiki master, which lets
her support others in managing their energy and has brought greater balance and personal fulfillment to her life.

Debby’s life is further enriched by her intelligent and outgoing rescue dog, Bentley, who reminds her daily of the importance of finding joy and sharing it with others. She enjoys
reading, spending time with loved ones, and continually seeking new knowledge.
